In my teenage years, the cute two-dimensional moe characters in illustrations, games, manga, and anime
that emerged from Japanese otaku culture gave me boundless strength and motivation to face challenges.
Decades later, I still believe in that power.
We must never allow the unreasonable and ridiculous imposition of real-world ethics and correctness
on fiction and the characters in it.

Don't fear loneliness.
Don't worry about what others or the world thinks of you. Build your own world.
I don't think being an introvert is a bad thing.
Cooperation is better than no cooperation, but I don't think it's absolutely necessary either.
Don't aim to acquire connections, get ahead, or get rich.
These are things that come as a result of being who you are.
